Here are some tips for you to appear good looking and healthy:

  1. Wear sunscreen.
  2. Maintain a good hygiene: brush the teeth, floss once every eternity, scrape the tongue, wash your face, maybe shave (if you want & not because society dictates women to shave their legs), smell good, and moisturize.
  3. Wash your hair. People can see when it’s unbrushed, tangly, oily, badly dyed, and dirty.
  4. If you have acne, change your diet, stress less, get cortisone injections or do something about it — your face and your teeth is like your business card. Your face is other people’s first impression of you.
  5. If you have crooked teeth, try to fix that.
  6. Your nails must look good. Trim the nails, put on nail polish (if you want & there are clear ones that work as a protective coat), and file them regularly. Don’t forget about pedicures too.
  7. Gym. Maintain a healthy BMI and strive to look hot in the mirror naked — you can be the judge here.
  8. Try to eat healthy. Your body is your sanctuary.
  9. Have a good attitude in life. If you are pessimistic, whiny, sort of difficult to be around because you insult and judge others, you’ll never glow. So brighten up, meditate (if you want), go to the beach/park/any beautiful nature spot, reevaluate your priorities in life, understand that life is short, and that it’s better to smile rather than to complain about how you burned your toast this morning.
  10. When you are in lust or in love, you glow. So, go out, talk to people, develop crushes, live, fail, succeed — but do something. Don’t just sit on your chair the whole day because life will never adjust to you. You are supposed to adjust to life.
